Your boaters' information stays yours
Marina customer lists contain names, phone numbers, home addresses, boat details, and spending history. Tidewater treats that as sensitive data, and separates every operator's workspace at the level where it actually counts.
Separation enforced by the database
Every record belongs to exactly one operator, and access rules live in the database itself — not in the screens. A query that asks for another operator's boaters comes back empty, whatever asked it.
Nothing is written into someone else's workspace
New records are stamped with the creating operator automatically, so an import or a bad request cannot deposit data where it doesn't belong.
Invite-only accounts
Nobody self-registers into your workspace. Your admin issues invite codes, and codes expire, get revoked, or get used once.
Admin and member roles
Members do the daily work. Admins handle exports of sensitive lists, team access, properties, and integrations. Roles are checked on the server, never in the browser.
Audit trail and support access log
Meaningful changes are recorded with who and when. If our support team ever needs to look at a workspace to help you, that access is logged too.
Email health respected
Unsubscribes, bounces, and complaints are tracked per address and automatically excluded from email-safe segments and exports, protecting your sending reputation.
Hosting and data handling
- Encrypted in transit and at rest, with managed backups.
- Authentication handled by a dedicated identity service, with hashed credentials.
- Your data is never sold, shared between operators, or used to train anything.
- Export your customers, visits, and campaign history to CSV at any time.
