Dockwa

Export reservations or contracts from Dockwa and import the file directly. Each import is assigned to a property with an assignment type of slip or mooring, so a boater's record shows where they actually sit.

What comes in

Owner name, email, phone, mailing address, boat name, make, model, length and type, arrival and departure dates, nights, amount, contract group, and status.

How it's matched

Matched to an existing boater by Dockwa ID, then email, then normalized phone, then name plus boat. Anything ambiguous is flagged for review rather than guessed.

What it produces

Visit and contract history, lifetime spend and visit counts, current-year slip holder status from signed and paid contracts, and seasonal tagging by property.

Mailchimp

Pull audiences and campaign results in, push clean, consistent tags out. Whatever your team calls things inside the CRM, the export speaks one standard tag language — so segments you build in Mailchimp still work next season.
